About Paul Donovan, JD, CPA
Originally from Boston, Mr. Donovan brings close to three decades of legal and tax controversy resolution experience to the firm. Throughout his career, he has resolved several high-stakes income, sales and use tax controversies for clients around the US.
Mr. Donovan spent much of his career advising high-net-worth individuals and multinational Fortune 500 clients on various tax planning, compliance and controversy resolution matters. He is admitted to practice in both states as well as the US District Court (MA and FL) and the 1st Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Donovan is also a Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts.
