David leads strategic execution and platform expansion at Neil Jesani Advisors, advancing the firm’s position as a fully integrated advisory partner to high-net-worth clients and mid-size businesses. His mandate centers on creating enterprise value through disciplined growth, institutional-grade operating infrastructure, and aligning tax, advisory, and capital strategy. He oversees firmwide operations with direct accountability for P&L performance, strategic planning, M&A evaluation and integration, operational optimization, and the institutionalization of KPI-driven decision-making across the firm’s core advisory verticals.

David brings more than 25 years of executive leadership experience, with a track record of executing buy- and sell-side M&A, raising institutional capital, and delivering consistent double-digit growth. As CEO of Carolco Pictures, he acquired a controlling interest in the public company and executed a turnaround that grew market capitalization to over $90M in 18 months. During this time, he eliminated debt, managed SEC reporting and board governance, and achieved a successful exit—a foundation that later evolved into FuboTV. As Founder & CEO of a publicly traded company that focused on a roll-up of branded gasoline stations, David scaled revenue to more than $25M and grew market capitalization to over $75M.

As President of DMC Automotive Group, David held full M&A and P&L leadership for a multi-franchise, multi-state platform, leading an 80+ employee organization and executing EBITDA initiatives that enhanced valuation. As President of Eventus Capital, he led distressed-asset investment strategy, deploying capital and advising on restructurings. As Managing Director at The Benchmark Company and SVP of Investment Banking at National Securities Corporation, he led M&A and capital markets transactions for public and private clients.

David holds a BA from Pace University.
