Deals get done. Businesses get built.
Jeremy leads growth strategy and talent development at Neil Jesani Advisors, architecting the firm's evolution into a fully integrated, multi-disciplinary advisory platform for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients. His mandate spans both inorganic and organic growth — sourcing and executing acquisitions across NJA's core service verticals while simultaneously building new business lines from the ground up, including investment management, specialty insurance, and expanded tax and advisory practices. Equally central to his role is building the human capital infrastructure that powers this growth: recruiting, structuring, and scaling the teams that bring each new business line to life. The goal: a single, vertically integrated platform where clients never need to look elsewhere.
On the inorganic side, he oversees the full deal lifecycle — sourcing, due diligence, structuring, and post-merger integration. On the organic side, he works alongside the CEO to design and staff new practices, translating strategy into operating businesses by putting the right people in the right seats from day one.
Jeremy brings 25 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, and corporate development, spanning 40+ transactions and more than $8 billion in enterprise value. Prior to joining NJA, he served as Global Head of Corporate Development at Janus Henderson Investors, where he led the firm's $6 billion merger with Janus Capital Group — one of the largest asset management combinations of the decade. Earlier, at Credit Suisse, he helped build one of the industry's first GP stakes platforms, originating minority stake investments in leading independent asset and wealth managers. He subsequently served as Head of Corporate Development at MissionSquare Retirement and Managing Director of Corporate Strategy at Virtus Investment Partners.
Jeremy holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. in Finance from Lehigh University.
