About Richard Phillips, JD
For over twenty-five years, Richard has been an attorney specializing in estate planning, estate administration, and fiduciary litigation.
He has represented clients in state and federal courts, represented executors and trustees in the administration of estates, and developed sophisticated estate plans to minimize transfer taxes and the costs of estate administration.
Richard has presented hundreds of seminars over the years about estate planning and advanced estate tax planning strategies. He is an active member of the Virginia State Bar.
Richard holds a Juris Doctor degree from Antonin Scalia Law School (formerly George Mason University School of Law) and a Bachelor of Arts degree from James Madison University.
