Cody Dinda, CPA, EA, MST

Cody Dinda is a seasoned tax and accounting professional with 15+ years of experience spanning corporate, public, and government sectors. He holds a B.S. in Accounting with a minor in Financial Services Management from Johnson & Wales University and an M.S. in Taxation from Golden Gate University. After earning his MST, Cody became an Enrolled Agent (EA), authorized to represent taxpayers before the IRS.

He spent 12 years in corporate accounting, serving as lead accountant across the defense, education, and utilities industries. In 2017, he passed the CPA exam and is currently licensed in Massachusetts, Texas, and Florida. Since then, he has worked extensively in public accounting, supporting clients across a wide range of industries and states.

In 2021, Cody joined the IRS as a Grade 13 Large Business & International (LB&I) Tax Auditor—the highest-level auditing position before management—where he specialized in complex audits of large corporations and partnerships.
